I’m Dwayne Adams, the lead portrait artist behind DNA Premium Portraits. I’m also a husband, father, U.S. Air Force veteran, and proud ER Nurse. My wife, Terrie, is a Labor & Delivery Nurse — and the heart of our client experience. Together, we bring over 20 years of caregiving into every portrait commission we create.
We don’t simply create portraits. We design heirloom artwork around the people who matter most.
We guide, coach, calm kids — and yes, dads too.

When we’re not creating portraits, we’re caring for patients—Dwayne in the ER, Terrie in Labor & Delivery. That background shapes how we treat our clients: with patience, precision, and presence.
We love music, good coffee, and quiet nights with our daughter and dogs.
